Allison Williams, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Meet Allison, a highly experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who brings more than 15 years of clinical excellence and leadership to our team. Inspired by her grandmother and a powerful early experience shadowing at a VA hospital, Allison found her calling in helping patients relearn to communicate and reclaim their independence after stroke, TBI, and other neurological events.
After earning her M.S. from Western Kentucky University, Allison built a diverse career across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and neurorestorative therapy. She’s held leadership roles in program development and education, and she’s been recognized with multiple awards for clinical mentorship, employee excellence, and going above and beyond for patients and colleagues.
Allison holds numerous specialty certifications—including VitalStim, LSVT LOUD, Frazier Free Water Protocol, and the McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program—and has a strong clinical focus in aphasia, dysphagia, dementia, and brain injury. Her approach combines innovation, deep clinical knowledge, and a genuine passion for improving lives.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, cheering on Nashville SC, and being active in the local soccer community. We’re proud to have Allison’s expertise and heart on our rehab team!
